2023: Finalizing the system for 2.02 million rubles
On July 17, 2023, the Ministry of Digital Science of the Russian Federation announced a tender for the revision of the information system (IS), designed to automate the processes of collecting, processing, storing, searching and issuing information in the field of communications. The initial contract price is 2.02 million rubles.
The agency uses the named IP to provide a number of services. These include: registration of communications certificates and declarations of conformity; Allocating, removing, and modifying a numbering resource regulation of tariffs for universal communication services; financial support for the provision of universal communication services; collection of information on technological capabilities of communication networks, etc.
The key components of the IS are the personal account of the telecom operator, the Russian operating system Red OS based on the Linux kernel, Java Platform Standard Edition 8, Apache Tomcat 8, Red Platform for the rapid development of information systems of various classes, a solution for organizing interdepartmental electronic interaction RedGateway and DBMS. The hardware component includes servers and server equipment, as well as network nodes.
In accordance with the terms of reference, the IP must operate on the basis of software that meets the requirements of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 16, 2015 No. 1236 "On the establishment of a ban on the admission of software originating from foreign countries for the purpose of making purchases to meet state and municipal needs."
Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until July 26, 2023, and the work must be completed by August 15, 2023. At the same time, the contractor undertakes to provide a quality guarantee for a period of 12 months.
