Creation premises

At the time of the beginning of works on automation at the enterprise for payroll to workers the program of payroll calculation for DOS which did not provide the operational and complete solution of problems of accounting was used.

Project Objective

Ensuring integrity and uniformity of the continuous personnel and design data in divisions of the enterprise was the purpose of automation. The fact that Klyuchevoy Element Ltd is Competence Center on production has a large number of the implemented solutions and experience with manufacturing enterprises, played a crucial role when choosing supplier company of solutions on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Project Progress

In December, 2006 - January, 2007 using specialists of Klyuchevoy Element Ltd the project of automation of personnel records and payroll is successfully complete. During the project transfer of personnel data from earlier used settlement system was made, necessary completions, additional printed forms and reports are made, user training is provided.

Customer Feedback

Payroll is made in a system now "1C:Enterprise 8. Salary and personnel management". Functionality of a configuration completely satisfies users. In total 5 jobs are automated.
