Content

The description of the implemented solution

For accomplishment of delivered the decision on implementation of a configuration 1C: Payroll and HR Management was made. The contractor of the project selected VDGB LLC company.

Implementation was decided to carry out in three steps. At the first stage specialists of VDGB LLC made the analysis of features of personnel records and settlings with personnel of clients of GrantThornton, standard forms of the management reporting and also quantity of jobs. In an analysis result the regulations of the project including the specification and technical specifications were made

At the second stage, according to technical specifications, transfer of information from the available accounting system (1C: Payroll and the Personnel) and also the correction of initial data necessary for correct system operation was performed. At the same stage all staff of GrantThornton participating in conducting personnel records and payroll calculation completed the certified software product course in VDGB training center.

At the third stage necessary completion of a system was performed. Standard reports of a configuration were added with required functionality and translated into English.

Result of implementation

In a project deliverable in Grant Thornton company the unified information system for conducting personnel records and settlings with personnel, including the management reporting is created. Functionality of a system allows to adapt it for any client that, certainly, is the key moment in GrantThornton business.

Implementation of electronic document management allowed to reduce considerably the probability of unauthorized access to data, their distortions and losses.

With implementation of a configuration problems of automation of the following directions were solved:

  • registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure;
  • formation of different reserves;
  • reflection of the accrued payroll, taxes, contributions and reserves in costs of the enterprise;
  • payroll of personnel;
  • labor relations, including personnel office-work;
  • calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation, drawing up the regulated reporting.

Increase in efficiency of activity after system implementation is caused, first of all, by its simplicity for the end user, customizability and scalability.

The ability to integrate with other office applications became great advantage of implementation of ZUP. It is possible to make the report for the client directly of 1C: Enterprise now. The possibility of distribution of the main earnings of workers was strongly reduced by time for reflections of expenses on compensation in accounting.

Using ZUP became possible without any problem to configure difficult types of calculation, the including several parameters. Time of payroll of the company was strongly reduced at the expense of a possibility of automatic formation of documents of calculation on the basis of personnel documents.
