GIAC of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk

The activities of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "GIAC" are aimed at the implementation of the following social (auxiliary) services provided to the population of the Sakhalin Region:

• Provision of LVA accrual services;
• Printing and delivery of a single payment document for LCD payment;
• Collection of payments for housing and communal services and current content;
• Keeping of analytical accounting on accruals, recalculations and received funds for payment for housing and communal services;
• Provision of passport office services (registration or removal from registration records at the place of residence and stay, issuance of family composition certificates);
• Replacing previously lost school passes;
• Replacement of previously lost social tickets (up to 70 years old).
