History

2019: Sale "OTP Bank" a debt of Interpayp for a quarter of cost

On January 9, 2019 there was information that the requirement for a problem debt of Interpayp holding of the businessman Victor Pinchuk was implemented for a quarter of cost. OTP Bank issued the credit to firm of the businessman in 2013 for the amount of $10 million, but the last years the company did not service this debt. The name of the buyer is not revealed.

The head of OTP Bank announced Tamash sale Haque-Kovac in an interview to the LIGA.net portal.

This year we finished a sale of troubled assets — already got rid of all with whom it is impossible to agree. A debt of Interpayp sold about 75-80% with discount — the banker noted.

As noted, financial organization did not check communication of the buyer with the debtor.

According to the head of OTP, the NPL level (non-performing loans are the credits which are not serviced) in "OTP Bank" makes 30% of all loan portfolio.

Earlier the SKELET-info portal announced that Interpayp Ukraina won the tender of PJSC Ukrgazdobycha for delivery of casing pipes for 1.27 billion UAH Besides, "Ukragazdobycha" began to buy raw materials from the "East geological resources" entering into the Geo Alliance group of Victor Pinchuk.^[1]

2015: The sales volume of pipe and wheel products — 600 thousand tons

For 2015 Interpayp is the third largest producer of seamless-rolled railway wheels in the world. At the same time, the company is included into ten the world's largest producers of seamless pipes. The sales volume of pipe and wheel products in 2015 was 600 thousand tons. In the company 11.5 thousand employees work.

Among clients of the company there are oil and gas companies, construction concerns, machine-building plants, the railroads and railroad car manufacturers of Europe, America and Asia.

2010: Production more than 240 standard sizes of seamless-rolled wheels

For October, 2010 the technology base allows Interpayp company to make more than 240 standard sizes of seamless-rolled wheels. Considering the growing quality requirements of products, the company constantly optimizes technical parameters: improves design of wheels, increases their durability and accuracy of processing.
