IMISP implements the program of accounting and reduces debt

The 1C-Vectro company completed the project of automation of accounting and personnel records at the St. Petersburg international institute of management (IMISP).

To the project

The automation system used earlier did not allow university to consider completely features of payroll of teachers, specifics of settlement with listeners. The staff of settlement department executed some transactions manually.

Process of control of payment of training in IMISP was not quite transparent, receivables of listeners were controlled not fully. To increase efficiency of settlement department and to reduce receivables, the management of institute made the decision on implementation of a new system of conducting accounting and personnel records, payroll.

The die is cast

As means for automation the program on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was selected: 1C: Accounting. The standard functionality of a product allowed to solve the main objectives of automation.

At the same time the product was configured according to relevant requirements of the company quickly enough.

To results

Implementation of software "1C: Accounting" helped to reduce receivables by 30% and to increase efficiency of receiving financial analytics on the company.

As a result, using 1C:Enterprise 8 the following sections were automated:

• cost accounting,
• material accounting,
• accounting of the VAT,
• management of settlement,
• registration of personnel,
• payroll.

Among the results of implementation, most important for institute:

• Accounting of settlement with listeners. Process of tracking of debt of listeners was automated using setup of the 1C: Accounting program. Accountant officers had an opportunity to quickly calculate receivables of each listener for each grade level. As a result the total amount of receivables managed to be reduced by 30%.

The chief accountant of customer company Sergey Gomanenko summed up the project results: "After implementation of the programs "1C: Accounting" the number of manual transactions was considerably reduced. 1C: Accounting 8 became the irreplaceable assistant on control of receivables - we always know an exact outstanding amount and we can announce listeners need of payment in time. As a result of implementation of programs the overall level of work of accounting, personnel and settlement departments raised; use of a new control system of payment of training allowed to reduce the total amount of receivables by 30%".
