At the St. Petersburg international institute of management (IMISP) the project of automation of accounting and personnel records is complete. Company integrator - "1C-Vectro".
Prerequisites
The automation system used earlier did not allow university to consider completely features of payroll of teachers, specifics of settlement with listeners. The staff of settlement department executed some transactions manually.
Process of control of payment of training in IMISP was not quite transparent, receivables of listeners were controlled not fully. To increase efficiency of settlement department and to reduce receivables, the management of institute made the decision on implementation of a new system of conducting accounting and personnel records, payroll.
The die is cast
As means for automation the program on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was selected: "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". The standard functionality of a product allowed to solve the main objectives of automation.
At the same time the product was configured according to relevant requirements of the company quickly enough.
To results
Implementation of software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" helped to increase efficiency of receiving financial analytics on the company.
As a result, using 1C:Enterprise 8 the following sections were automated:
- cost accounting,
- material accounting,
- accounting of the VAT,
- management of settlement,
- registration of personnel,
- payroll.
Among the results of implementation, most important for institute:
- Payroll of teachers. In IMISP, depending on actually worked time to teachers remunerations are charged. The "1C: Payroll and Personnel management 8" setup allowed to automate these labor-consuming calculations. As a result the efficiency of settlement department increased: the salary of teachers began to be considered twice faster.
The chief accountant of customer company Sergey Gomanenko summed up the project results: "After implementation of the programs "1C: Payroll and Personnel management 8" the number of manual transactions was considerably reduced. As a result of implementation of programs the overall level of work of accounting, personnel and settlement departments raised".
