2023: Robotization of basic iterative business processes

The Segezha Group timber holding has completed a project to robotize basic iterative business processes. The project was implemented jointly with the Russian company PRO100ROBOT. It is a system integrator and provider of digital solutions. They are based on the domestic platform Sherpa RPA. Sherpa Robotics announced this on August 2, 2023.

Through the introduction of Sherpa RPA in the Segezha Group, the formation and posting of bank statements, the formation of documents according to tax requirements, the conduct of control accounting procedures, the processing of primary documents and a number of other significant works were robotic. As a result, the workload on personnel has significantly decreased and the time for completing tasks has decreased.
