2023: Continued translation of operational management support information systems with TRIM 3.9.4
NPP SpetsTek carries out two projects on the transfer of information systems for supporting the management of the operation of the Smolensk NPP and the Kursk NPP to import-independent system software. The projects take into account the peculiarities of these systems. This was announced on June 6, 2023 by SpetsTek.
The standard information system of operation management support nuclear power plant (ISPUE) was introduced at Smolenskaya the NPP (commissioning of the 1st stage - April 2005) and received its own name at the Desna-2 nuclear power plant to power. Then the system was replicated at the NPP Kurskaya (start of operation - September 2007). ISPUE implementation works were performed by SpetsTek NPP on the basis software TRIM domestic of - class product (). EAM Enterprise Asset Management
Earlier, SpetsTek NPP and stations carried out large-scale work on the development and maintenance of ISPUE. In particular, at the Smolensk NPP, the number of system users increased from the original 540 to more than 1,500, and at the Kursk NPP - from 369 to 859. ISPUE was integrated with the Primavera Enterprise project management system and other adjacent station systems. The procurement subsystem was implemented, solutions for normalizing the equipment database, automating the process of loading data into the system, calculating and presenting regulated key performance indicators were developed and implemented.
The functional development went in accordance with the current needs of the plants and, as a result, ISPUE at the Smolensk and Kursk NPP have differences in scale, features of functionality and integration architecture. Basic functionality of ISPUE covers accounting of maintenance and repair facilities (MR) and their movements, taking into account the technical condition of MR facilities (including maintenance and analysis of the operational parameters log, defect log, supervisor bypass log), planning of scheduled works and adjustment of plans (taking into account defects, comments on rounds, unscheduled works), creation of repair scope lists and management of power units WEP projects, preparation and execution of M&R (including maintenance of work log and work reports), work permit system.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 30.03.2022 No. 166 "On Measures to Ensure Technological Independence and Secure Critical Information Infrastructure of the Russian Federation," JSC Concern Rosenergoatom began the transition to import-independent system software. In this regard, within the framework of import-substituting projects, SpetsTek NPP is entrusted with the implementation of audit the current state of ISPUE, work on the migration of the ISPUE database DBMS MS SQL Server from to DBMS PostgreSQL and the migration of servers TRIM applications to, Astra Linux training ISPUE administrators to work on an import-independent platform, updating the instructions of administrators and users, adapting reporting forms to work on an import-independent platform. In addition, TRIM has been updated to the current version 3.9.4 at the Smolensk NPP.
The work program also includes the migration of the client part of the ISPUE to work under the management of OS Astra. Linux The initial solution to this problem is based on the use of the free distribution. ON Wine Then it is planned to implement the user functions of ISPUE in the web interface, which will ensure the independence of the client part of ISPUE from the software and hardware of the user workstations. As of June 2023, work at the Smolensk nuclear power plant has been completed, warranty support for the system is underway. The project at the Kursk nuclear power plant is planned to be completed by the end of 2023.
2005: Development of the MRO management system
NPP SpetsTek has completed the next stage of work on the development of an information system for managing the operation, maintenance and repair of equipment of the Smolensk NPP.
The project for the implementation of the MRO management information system was launched in early 2003. The basis of the created solution was the TRIM EAM system, the developer of which is SpetsTek NPP. By mid-2005, the system was put into commercial operation with a number of users of about 500, a database of equipment of about 300 thousand units, and ready for replication to other nuclear power plants of the Rosenergoatom concern.
The main functionality of the MRO management system made it possible to automate the accounting of equipment, maintaining databases (for routine maintenance, composition of products, graphic information, safety conditions), current planning of MR, accounting for one-time work, maintaining logs (defects, works for the current period, works performed, operating time, parameters, work orders and instructions), analysis of the technical condition of the equipment. However, when putting the solution into commercial operation, the customer set a number of tasks for the development of the system, which were solved under the next contract.
To date, the information system has been updated to version 3.8 of the TRIM complex. As part of the improvement of the system, the possibilities for the formation of composite M&R works, the generation of reports on composite works have been expanded, it has become possible to form work permits for composite work as a whole (previously the work permit was issued for each work separately). It has become more convenient to track the information connection between works necessary to control the execution of orders.
The work with personnel data has been improved: it has become possible to hide retired units from the staffing structure and simultaneously save them in the history of M&R, automatic control of the availability of specified qualification documents when working with a certain type of work permit has been introduced, and the possibilities of working with personnel roles in the work permit system have been expanded.
Currently, about 500 employees of the power plant constantly use the information system, and the total number of registered users, taking into account external organizations, has reached 900.
