2023: Translation of Operational Management Support Information Systems with TRIM
NPP SpetsTek carries out two projects on the transfer of information systems for supporting the management of the operation of the Smolensk NPP and the Kursk NPP to import-independent system software. The projects take into account the peculiarities of these systems. This was announced on June 6, 2023 by SpetsTek.
The standard information system of operation management support nuclear power plant (ISPUE) was introduced at Smolenskaya the NPP (commissioning of the 1st stage - April 2005) and received its own name at the Desna-2 nuclear power plant to power. Then the system was replicated at the NPP Kurskaya (start of operation - September 2007). ISPUE implementation works were performed by SpetsTek NPP on the basis software TRIM domestic of - class product (). EAM Enterprise Asset Management More. here
2017
NPP "SpetsTek" and the Branch of JSC "Concern" Rosenergoatom "" Kursk Nuclear Power Plant "signed in 2017 a long-term agreement on the development and maintenance of an information system for supporting the management of maintenance and repairs of the Kursk nuclear power plant.
The Maintenance and Repair Management Support Information System (MRO ISMS) at the Kursk NPP has been in operation since September 2007. The system is based on the TRIM complex, a domestic software product of the EAM/MRO class.
After the commissioning of the ISDR, MR at the Kursk NPP systematically developed, both by increasing the number of users and functionally. Now the next stage of the project has begun, which will last until the end of 2019. In addition to support services (information assistance, modernization and updating) software , this stage also provides for development work.
In particular, it is planned to integrate with other information systems (IAPCS Kursk NPP, SAP ERP etc.). During operation, the database will be analyzed for identification and removal of outdated, incorrect, incomplete, redundant data and links. Also, as the system is operated, the data structure will be optimized, solutions for normalizing the database will be developed, analytical tools (forms) will be developed, work on automating the process of loading data into the maintenance and repair system.
2007
SPETStek launched in 2007 a pilot operation of the MR system based on the TRIM EAM system at the Kursk nuclear power plant owned by Concern Rosenergoatom.
The Kursk NPP is one of the four most powerful Russian power plants, its share in the installed capacity of the generating enterprises of the Chernozem region is 52%. NPP personnel considers safety and economic efficiency of plant operation processes to be priorities in their activities. In this regard, for information support of management decisions in the field of operation, it was decided to use an automated MR system.
Earlier, NPP SpetsTek had already carried out a project to implement an EAM system at the Smolensk NPP, during which a typical system for Desna-2 nuclear power plants was created on the basis of the TRIM software product. It was this decision that was made as the basis of this project.
After updating the implementation specifications, it was decided to use a standard solution with practically no changes, only analytical reporting required adaptation and revision. Up-to-date information on equipment and works was entered into the database, pre-commissioning was carried out, and at the end of September 2007, the MRO management information system was accepted for pilot operation. In this case, the detailed program of pilot operation of the MRO ICSS is determined separately for each workshop. It is expected that as a result, the station divisions will give their comments on the user capabilities of the system, which will be taken into account in updates to versions of the software system.
The EAM system automates the work of 360 users. The solution provides accounting of equipment, maintaining data on the composition of products, maintaining defects and one-time work logs, planning M&R, preparing work permits and instructions, planning management rounds and registering comments on their results, conducting an application campaign, managing the issuance and consumption of material and technical resources.
