Project Description
In January, 2006 GMCS there began implementation of the automated control system for personnel "BOSS-personnel officer" at one of the enterprises of KNAUF industrial group – "KNAUF Plaster".
Thanks to implementation of this project the KNAUF Plaster company purchased the tool allowing to make quickly and qualitatively decisions on personnel management, including to keep the uniform centralized HR policy in scales of group; financial policy and the cost accounting on personnel; policy of motivation and personnel training and also selection of employees and assessment of level of their qualification.
