The Praktion company (AiTi-Oil Group IT-Oil) on August 7, 2023 announced the completion of the project to implement the 1S:AZS system . Retail 8. Front Office "in the network of gas stations" CoBAS "- a joint industry solution of" Firm 1C "and" Practitionon, "designed to automate the retail trade in motor fuel, related goods and services at gas stations of various types and formats.

All stations of the CoBAS network (Buran-Petrol LLC) are multifunctional complexes, including shops, cafes and additional services, so this solution is ideal for the Customer.

The system made it possible to automate not only accounting for the movement of fuel, but also the commodity assortment, including the loading and updating of product directories and commodity cards, price changes, work with customers and counterparties, as well as document flow and reporting.

Some standard reports have been updated to meet Customer's requirements.

The possibility of separately accounting for components of hot dogs and other dishes has been implemented, which is especially important for cafes.

Centralized system management means automatic receipt from the Management Office of updates to the assortment and retail prices; no more updates are required at each station "manually."

The Management Office also automatically transmits data on commodity movements, sales and current data on balances for each gas station.

The implemented system has a convenient interface, which greatly simplifies the work of gas station operators, and the pre-configured "correct processes" minimize the number of possible errors, therefore, the resources required to correct errors at gas stations and in the Management Office have been significantly reduced in accounting for the gas station network.

The CoBAS network has its own loyalty program, therefore, the system was configured to work with previously issued cards and identify customers by phone number, no replacement of cards was required, which is very important for each network of gas stations, because it avoids difficulties with customers and the cost of issuing new cards.

Work with corporate clients - legal entities for non-cash payments, including WED and Ye100, was also transferred to the system without the need to replace cards and card readers.
