2023: Implementation of the Project Management and Business Process Optimization System

PSB Innovation and investment introduced technologies in the system project management to improve the efficiency of internal and external business processes based on Bitrix24. Among the tasks solved: HR optimization, simplification of contract and transaction approval processes, management investment and consulting projects. Setting up processes and the implementation of the idea was overseen by the web integrator RDN Group, which announced this on July 19, 2023.

All project directions are assembled on the same platform. Employees can make plans and predict the timing of tasks, control efficiency of the working day and open vacancies to be filled.

Thanks to the established system of communication on agreement of transactions, activities and document management, reduced time for approval and signing of documents, the process has become more operational and not tied to the place of the person receiving decisions on agreement. The platform allows you to make commercial proposals, invite other employees to make adjustments and further transmission outside the system to the end client.

The directions for working with the end client are also established in a single platform. An employee can manually start investment projects in the program and then connect other performers to work who will see the work processes, approvals and the time spent on their implementation.

The created functionality based on Bitrix24 allows you to work with a project in a single window for specific tasks. Employees do not need to go around the offices, discussing and coordinating a specific action, you can simply set a task for implementation, appoint those responsible and start up. The RDN Group command using the Smart Processes tool taught processes to generate documents right in the news feed, since the standard functionality of live tape processes does not provide such a function. And this allows you to immediately open the document without going to other windows, - said Evgenia Nedopekina, leading account manager of RDN Group.
