2023: EOS4SP 4.9 with the possibility of group closing of tasks

The company Electronic Office Systems"" on August 8, 2023 announced the update of the ECM EOS4SP system. The improvements included in version 4.9 are aimed primarily at optimizing the processes of working with documents and draft documents. The changes affected the execution and issuance of instructions and tasks, some interface elements, as well as a number of other functions and parameters of the system.

In EOS4SP 4.9, there are opportunities for processing tasks that have not been completed or have not been completed by dismissed or absent employees for a long time. In particular, the operation of group execution of such tasks has been added: on behalf of the current performer, you can close several tasks at once with entering a single comment and setting a common date. Group closure is available for the Familiarization and Project Preparation tasks.

You have also added a group task reassignment to another user. It is allowed for tasks on documents ("Review" and "Document Execution"), joint work ("Project Preparation," "Review," "Certification," "Approval" and "Approval"), as well as on instructions ("Order Execution" and "Control of Execution"). In addition to these changes, several other options have been added to the order section.

EOS4SP is a system consisting of several modules: document flow, meetings, storage. The product is based on Microsoft SharePoint Server and supports a free version of Microsoft SharePoint Foundation.
