IBS implemented the project for development of exchange of industrial data for Rosenergoatom Concern.
About the Project
The IBS company completed [[Development of an implementation methodology of ISO 15926 for the multiprogram environment in nuclear sector|"Development of an implementation methodology of the standard the ISO 15926 project for the multiprogram environment in nuclear sector"]]. For the benefit of Design branch of JSC "Rosenergoatom Concern" the methodology was developed and data exchange mechanisms from the different PLM systems used at design and construction of the nuclear power stations (NPS) are tested.
"In creation of large industrial facilities, for example, such as nuclear power plants, tens of contract organizations are involved. Design is conducted in different knowledge domains and in absolutely different systems with the unique formats of data. Consolidation of these data in a uniform information model – the superdifficult task, however its solution will give huge advantages in terms of increase in efficiency of collective interaction, terms and quality of works. For this reason we are interested in development of ISO 15926 in the industry", – Anton Nodel, the head of department of integration of design information of PKF JSC Kontserna Rosenergoatom comments.
When developing an implementation methodology of ISO 15926 much attention was paid to formalization and the description of an information model of the NPP used by Rosenergoatom Concern, to determination of its lifecycle, regulations and procedures of work with it proceeding from requirements and the practician of ISO 15926.
Implementation
In addition to a methodological part the project provided creation of the software tools implementing data exchange in ISO 15926. Freely distributed solution iRING, the including software, handbook data and protocols of integration of information corresponding to Parts 7.8 and 9 of ISO 15926 was for this purpose used.
Contractor
"In this project we got without exaggeration unique experience as similar projects in Russia just were not, and in the world of their unit. The methodologies and approaches developed during the project can be applied also in other industries, its results interested in a number of the Russian and foreign organizations and companies", – Vyacheslav Repin, the head of department of automated design engineering systems of department of corporate systems of management of IBS notes.
Notes
In the project freely distributed software of iRING Tools created within the Camelot project implemented by FIATECH was used. This software, implements the requirements and protocols of integration of information corresponding to Parts 7.8 and 9 of ISO 15926.
