Project Description

GMCS completed the project of creation of the automated control system for personnel in management company of Irkut scientific and production corporation, one of the leading associations of an aviation and industrial complex of Russia. The new HRM system based on the solution BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER which covered key processes of personnel management of customer company – registration of personnel, payroll became a project deliverable.

Project Task

The decision on system implementation the BOSS-personnel officer in Irkut management company was made in connection with transition of all scientific and production corporation to uniform IT standards in the field of personnel management. Involvement of consultants of GMCS as contractors of the project became natural development of the long-term partnership originating from the project on creation of the automated control system for the enterprise for "The Irkutsk aircraft factory" on the basis of Infor ERP LN implemented by GMCS.

Result

Within the project consultants of GMCS automated processes of maintaining the staff list, payroll, registration of personnel, time and military keeping of employees. In a new HRM system the possibility of formation of the main accounting forms and reports on personnel necessary for providing in tax and pension authorities of the Russian Federation is provided. At the moment the automated control system for personnel of Irkut management company is operated in an operating mode. GMCS performs support of the implemented solution.
