Implementation of IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances XI52 in Renaissance of the Credit

Migration on the new version of WebSphere 6.2, it allowed to increase stability and capacity of the credit pipeline of bank to 60,000 requests a day. In Renaissance Credit bank the Neoflex company carried out integration of Internet bank at the hybrid bus. Along with already functioning solution IBM WebSphere ESB the new hardware and software system IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances XI52 participates in it. "Such combination provides safe, high-speed communication with the systems of bank, ― Ivan Shkvarun, the area deputy director of SOA of Neoflex company considers. ― At 5000 simultaneous connections, 40 requests per second, on one request less than 1 ms leave".

The Neoflex company implemented in the fall of 2014 integration for Internet banking by means of a modern hardware-software complex of IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances XI52, providing fast, continuous conversion of data bulks and management with them, security of information and services, including during the work with clients and partners. The complex is actively used by world leaders of the IT industry and is among top products of IBM.

Ensuring high speed and reliability of customer service via the Internet was one of the main tasks of the project. IBM WebSphere DataPower allows to simplify and accelerate interaction between intra bank services and Internet-applications or gateways. Results of a pilot project and the testing which are carried out by Neoflex company together with bank in 2012 showed that performance of IBM WebSphere DataPower when processing simple, mass the Internet of requests by 100 times exceeds indicators of IBM WebSphere ESB. In fact IBM WebSphere DataPower in the market has no competitors now. These researches and also lack of alternatives with similar characteristics in the market, served as an argument for benefit of acquisition by IBM WebSphere DataPower bank.

Within this project on DataPower 35 business services were implemented. The remained 140 business services are located on IBM WebSphere ESB. Combining IBM WebSphere DataPower and IBM WebSphere ESB technologies, the bank receives "the hybrid bus" for the solution of various integration tasks. Its main advantages are simplicity of a configuration, the high level of security, a possibility of transformation of heterogeneous IT environments. The flagship product of IBM can be used further for development of other activities of credit institution.
