The Russian Navigation Technologies (RNT) company presented the typified solution for agriculture "AT-Urozhay" created based on the GLONASS/GPS system of monitoring and control of Avtotreker transport at the Agrotek-2010 exhibition. As declare in the company, this solution provides complex control and control of transport and agricultural machinery (sowing complexes, sprayers, soil-cultivating tools, the harvest equipment, combines, fuelers, etc.) when processing acreage, collecting and transportation of a harvest. Its implementation allows to control observance of production requirements during the sowing and harvest works, to reduce consumption of fuel and lubricants, to exclude plunders of fuel and agricultural products, to fight effectively against additions, idle time and inappropriate use of the equipment, to increase intensity of its operation.
Using a new solution of RNT at the agrarian enterprise it is possible to unroll the dispatching center and a monitoring system allowing to control and display continuously on the electronic card location and movements of the vehicles (V), to create traveling tasks, routes and schedules of the movement, to limit a zone of work of each CU and to specify objects which visit is obligatory. For all parameters it is possible to set rules from which rejection will be considered as violation. The monitoring system reveals such violations automatically and in real time informs on them, displaying the monitor detailed information on the CU and the nature of a deviation. Also a system offers options of actions, and for the events requiring immediate intervention of the management of the enterprise – automatic sending Sms for the set mobile phone numbers.
Important feature of this solution are accounting of specifics of work of each type of the equipment and automatic control of coordination of events in logical groups of the CU. So, for agricultural machinery the working schedule in the field, an exit for its borders, trajectories of the movement is registered that allows to improve, in particular, processing of edges at crops and also to check observance of technology speeds depending on a type of field works and technology of use of herbicides. Besides, a system identifies (according to the scheme "-others") the cars approaching combines on loading are counted by the number of the threshed bunkers, estimates the total weight of a harvest. Also, she monitors timeliness of transportation of seeds, fertilizers, fuel and lubricants and giving of cars for unloading from combines. On the basis of all array of collected objective data a system automatically creates a full range of transport documents (the waybill, the typical technological work order, etc.) and detailed reports for work of all equipment. In particular, such reports describe: fuel consumption; operating time, idle time and the movement with a load and empties; run; the number of runs along all routes, etc. At the same time both total indicators, and various "cuts" of data are available: on change, logical group, the CU, etc.
The possibility of precise measurement of the area of farmlands (even is especially noted at difficult borders and a relief) and also solution integration of RNT with the systems of parallel driving (SPD), more and more popular with the Russian agricultural producers. SPV, using the system of global positioning, the specialized equipment and software, allows to conduct precisely the tractor and special equipment on the set ranks at any visibility. A task of SPV – timely to prompt to the machine operator what operations should be performed. It allows to observe precisely at any time a trajectory of the movement, to correct flaws and overlappings, as much as possible to use width of capture of a cultivator, the sprayer, seeder and other equipment – with the minimum overlapping of the next ranks and without admissions between them.
In development of RNT all functions of modern SPV are supported. In particular, it works with direct, curve and circular templates of the movement, facilitates management at turns and driving on curved bands, providing accuracy from 30 to 2.5 cm – without application of mechanical markers. The graphics LCD display installed in a cabin allows the machine operator to see the processed area and the current location of the vehicle, and the special LED indicators which are instantly noting deviations from a route guarantee to the machine operator simple and exact management day and night, in fog and in the conditions of strong dust content. Respectively, terms and cost of works are reduced, cost value of agricultural products decreases, seeds and fertilizers are more effectively spent and also the number of bands which should be passed for a complete covering of a field is reduced.
