2023: Presentation of ACS "Akatsia-E"

On August 15, 2023, the Roselectronics holding of Rostec State Corporation first demonstrated a modernized version of the Akatsia-E automated control system (ACS) export sample. The solution allows you to reduce the cycle of managing the combat operations of a group of troops. The time for communicating information about the air situation to decision-makers and issuing commands to eliminate targets has decreased three to four times compared to previous options for the complex.

ACU "Akatsia-E," developed by the concern "Constellation" of the holding "Roselectronics," provides automated control of troops, aircraft and air defense at the operational-strategic, operational-tactical and tactical levels in conditions of peace and war time.

Acacia-E uses information received from digital radar stations and is able to control a large number of air defense systems and systems directly, bypassing the complex hierarchical system of subordinate control systems. ACS allows you to track up to 2000 air objects that are simultaneously in the air, providing information updates in a 3-10-second cycle.

The advanced ACS "Akatsia-E" includes fully integrated subsystems for collecting, processing, storing, displaying and issuing heterogeneous information, creating a single information space for group management. Thanks to this, the effectiveness of solving tasks for conducting hostilities and controlling the use of airspace is increased, "said Sergey Sakhnenko, General Director of the United Instrument-Making Corporation (managing organization of the Roselectronics holding).

Among other capabilities of Akatsiya-E is the identification of violating aircraft, ensuring the safety of military aviation flights, collecting data on the state and nature of the actions of enemy forces, air, ground and surface conditions, the state of the airfield network, as well as the meteorological situation. The solution allows you to simulate combat operations and solve the entire range of information and calculation tasks for the decision of the combat crew on the use of air defense forces and systems against air targets in a time mode close to real.

According to Roselectronics, the functionality of the ACS "Akatsia-E" allows you to ensure the operation of the operational staff both in stationary command posts of the General Staff, associations and air defense formations, and in mobile command posts of the operational-tactical and tactical control links of the troops.
