Rostelecom and Murmansk region signed the agreement on creation of "the electronic government"

Rostelecom and administration of Murmansk region signed the agreement on cooperation on creation of a regional segment of "the electronic government". The document was signed by the governor of the region Dmitry Dmitriyenko and the vice president – the director of Northwest branch of Rostelecom Gerasimov Evgeny.

Within the signed agreement of the party will create jointly infrastructure of "the electronic government" of Murmansk region and to make a transfer in an electronic form of the services rendered by executive regional public authorities and local government authorities of municipal entities of Murmansk region. At the same time infrastructure of "the electronic government" of Murmansk region is going to be constructed based on the unified solution developed by Rostelecom.

Distinctive features of it resheniya3d are a full compliance to the uniform technology policy accepted at the federal level for creation of infrastructure of "the electronic government" and also observance of all necessary requirements for information security and personal data protection.

As noted, within public-private partnership with the subjects of the Russian Federation on creation of regional segments of "the electronic government" Rostelecom performs as the long-term investor.

The company makes own investments in acquisition of the necessary equipment, purchase and a software setup, integration with a federal segment of "the electronic government". The administration of the region needs only to select the most suitable configuration of this system and then to develop on its base of application services for the benefit of the enterprises and inhabitants of the region.
