2022: MES Implementation

Russian LEAD WMS and LEAD MES control systems were implemented in parallel mode.

LEAD WMS and LEAD MES implementation results:

• Stopped planning orders in manual chaotic mode. Now the tasks are lined up in one queue, which are implemented in a given sequence;
• Received visual monitoring of the activities of each employee;
• Due to tight integration MES WMS and ensured control, accounting and management of all operations to the level of employees' actions;
• Obtained predictability in terms of resources;
• They organized a single dispatching between sites, eliminated the fragmentation of production, reduced the use of buffer volumes;
• Completely moved away from overcharging;
• We saved promising investments that would be aimed at expanding the area.
