Content

The companies "BFK-Ekstruziya" and "Infosoft" completed an implementation project of the specialized solution "1C:CRM PROF".

Background

Development of the company demanded modern technologies of customer relationship management (CRM). The company management made the decision on change existing and creation of new business processes of work with clients and also their automation using the program "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM PROF".

Results

Within the project the following business processes were developed, optimized and automated:

  • Sale, including sale for export.
  • Shipment of products.
  • Order, intended for creation of personal tasks to employees with a possibility of control of result of accomplishment.
  • Signing of the contract.
  • Approval, intended for formalization and ordering of operations on approval of documents and actions in the company.
  • Analysis of the complaint to a company performance.
  • Claim on product quality (including return of products).
  • Marketing effort - preparation and holding exhibitions, promotion companies, seminars, etc.
  • Providing divisions with promotional products.

Increase in efficiency of the enterprise, in particular became results of project implementation:

  • Acceleration of sales processes (on average for 30%);
  • Exception of cases of loss of requests and wishes of clients at information transfer between the staff of the company;
  • Decrease in number of the lost clients at the expense of the operational analysis of causes of failures;
  • Triple growth of speed of replies to the requests of clients - due to use of accumulated information about customer interaction;
  • Reduction twice search time to the necessary manager of information due to storage in a single system of the structured information about clients and contact persons, the register of negotiations and the history of transactions and convenient information search;
  • Increase in discipline of accomplishment of obligations to clients and internal instructions.
