2023: Datareon ESB Service Bus Implementation

To set up data exchange between 1C:MDM and subscriber systems, the SOFROS project team used the DATAREON ESB data service bus from the Russian developer DATAREON. The integration loop of the enterprise includes the systems "1C: MDM," "1C: ERP," DWH (PostgreSQL).

As part of the pilot project, a model was implemented in which each of the systems involved in the exchange acts as a source for specific reference books. This allowed you to maintain the business processes familiar to the customer's employees for creating and changing elements, standardizing and unifying these processes using "1C: MDM."

In addition, it was decided to implement symmetrical automatic checks in "1C: ERP," which were previously designed and developed for "1C: MDM." The goal is to reduce the number of identical requisitions for creating and changing elements in the MDM system when recording elements in ERP with errors. Thus, it was possible to halve the number of applications submitted for manual processing to NSI experts. Access delimitations for users, experts and administrators to functions and data of the NSI were also configured.

The use of a single NSI management system based on "1C: MDM" provided the company with the following capabilities:

• NSI data management tools;
• tools for creating and modifying NSI data;
• Accurate data retrieval capabilities
• means of generating reports on NSI maintenance and use;
• integration capabilities to ensure synchronization of centralized directories between NSI ECU and subscriber systems (data exchange interface with bus);
• the ability to monitor and log the work of users;
• tools for creating/modifying/reconciling reference book data;
• The ability to attach files when creating reference claims.

The implementation of the NSI ECU allows Demeter-Holding to keep the regulatory reference information up to date and protect the company's data from unauthorized access. As of August 2023, the holding is engaged in the development and scaling of a unified NSI management system.
