2023: Launch of the Service Acceptance Unit for Legal Entities

Sinara Bank automated the investment direction with. Low-code ELMA365 The deadlines were quite tight, while everything IT infrastructure had to be deployed from scratch. The project started in December 2021, and in September 2022 the company has already launched the first clients through its personal account. This was Elma announced on February 29, 2024.

The platform based on Low-code technology was not chosen by chance, it is important for the customer to retain the opportunity to scale in the future. Based on this, the objectives of the project included:

  • automation of client onboarding as the most time-consuming and responsible process, taking into account the specifics of the business, and after that - supporting the client through investment procedures;
  • integration of the solution with other IT products of the bank;
  • implementation of convenient registration and storage of customer data in the unified internal system of the bank, prompt access to them;
  • integration with telephony and bank chats for the convenience and operational work of investment managers and call center;
  • Enabling marketing tools - The ability to send bulk mailings to customers via email.

In December 2021, the integrator team worked with architecture, development and analytics, and at the same time the internal staff of Sinar Bank adapted and expanded. Since Low-code tools do not require deep knowledge programming in and expensive resources, implementation of the solution quickly moved to the customer. As of February 2024, a full-fledged internal department of twenty employees is engaged in the implementation and development of the system.

The peculiarity of the project is the placement of the system according to On-Premises standards, but based on the Yandex Cloud cloud solution. The banking application works with customer data, so a reliable way to deploy the system was required. But at the same time, the bank was aimed at using cloud technology to eliminate supply problems, equipment downtime and gain the necessary flexibility to scale infrastructure. Taking into account the wishes of the client, it was possible to combine the reliability of On-Premises delivery and the mobility of SaaS.

To ensure the bank's high requirements for the level of data protection, the vendor's team developed an algorithm in which the update first gets to the corporate storage, passes a full vulnerability check and is only installed afterwards.

Another feature of the implementation was the absence of a technical assignment at the start of the project as such: processes were designed, the structure of the solution and functional requirements were collected in parallel with the development. The team maneuvered between business requests, regulatory requirements, thought through usability for internal users, and worked to improve customer experience.

In October 2023, a circuit for working with agents was launched, and in December 2023, a reception unit for servicing legal entities was launched. Most processes are now not developed from scratch, but assembled on a ready-made basis, which simplifies work and increases the speed of implementation.

This was realized due to the use of flexible development methodologies and the simultaneous operation of several teams.
