The heattechnical institute automates accounting of Research and Development and gave start to ERP TurboFly

The Openflay Soft Technology company (O.F.S.T.) completed the project of transfer of accounting and contractual accounting of JSC VTI to the TurboFly ERP platform.

Project Result

During automation unique tasks were solved:

• Research and Development accounting
• Accounting of agreements within accounting
• Use of budgetary and target funds
• Distribution of the VAT for budget works
• Development of patents
• Accounting of development and sale of the electric power from own combined heat and power plant
• High high-speed performance (less than 2 min.) when calculating accounting and tax depreciation about 6000 fixed assets.

In passing

In the course of transition to the new platform the accounting base since 2002 with partial convolution was transferred. Report generation takes no more than 10 sec., irrespective of computer client power. The analytical model allows to build reports in the necessary section users with an opportunity to display any fields of the document.
