According to the developers, the simulator simulator is designed to train ALS operators (unmanned aircraft systems). It allows you to work with different models of drones and ground control stations, as well as perform tasks specific to certain industries, for example, organize the application of loose fertilizers or spraying plants.

As the head of the UAVProf educational platform Denis Kirikov noted, not only novice users, but also professionals can work with the simulator in order to increase the existing drone control skills. According to Kirikov, it is safer to first work out skills in digital, and only then move on to managing development in real conditions, because there are great risks of breaking the device or harming the health of others or property during unprofessional piloting.

TASS notes that UAVProf is a certified aviation training center for the training of unmanned aircraft specialists and UAV operators. Training programs are implemented in conjunction with specialists MIPT and. MAI[1]
