The digital simulator of the KRUG company trains the staff of the boiler and turbine shop. Salavat CHPP The company Circle announced this on August 21, 2023.

The training complex for training personnel of the boiler and turbine shop of the Salavat TPP was created using the TROPA computer simulator complex (CPC TROPA). The concept of the simulator includes a digital twin of the main and auxiliary electrical and thermal mechanical equipment of the boiler turbine shop (CTC).

The digital simulator has been developed taking into account the peculiarities of the current APCS of steam turbines of TP-60-90 and steam boiler units GM-151 with the repetition of dynamic mnemonic diagrams and control algorithms, automatic control, as well as technological protections and interlocks implemented on the basis of the KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex (CAS KRUG-2000).

The introduction of a computer simulator as a digital twin of the APCS of the process equipment of the Salavat TPP allows personnel to gain skills in reliable and effective operation of the equipment, without endangering the personnel and equipment of the boiler and turbine shop during training.
