2023: Installation of a software solution for passenger service
NeoLabs has installed software solutions for servicing passengers at the terminal of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk airport. Implementation will improve the user experience of 5 million travelers annually. The Skolkovo Foundation announced this on August 21, 2023.
NeoLabs specializes in passenger service systems, electronic boarding pass accounting and passenger movement control, and airport infrastructure common access systems for airline applications (CUTE/CUPPS). Under the control of these systems in the terminal there are more than 24 check-in counters, 21 gate counters and more than 5 aisles to the "sterile" zone, 100 display displays, as well as 16 main independent zones of sound broadcasting. The company's solutions provide a high level of quality and fault tolerance and have an intuitive user interface for the services operating them.
The choice of the IT landscape of the airport terminal should have been based on domestic information systems, providing, on the one hand, the maximum quality and reliability of services for our passengers and services, and on the other, the technological sovereignty of the terminal. In the field of software solutions for passenger service, we made a choice in favor of NeoLabs, which is one of the leaders of this segment in the Russian Federation and has proven itself as a reliable partner, said Alexander Peskov, head of the information technology and communications service of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Airport Terminal JSC.

Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Airport became a special project for us in importance and complexity: for the first time we introduced the entire range of our solutions at once, interconnecting their work, adapting the airport to business processes and its development strategy. We hope that thanks to our well-coordinated work with colleagues from the airport, the journey of passengers through the modern airport terminal will be even more pleasant and convenient, noted Alexander Semchenko, CEO of NeoLabs.
