1C: Accounting and Trade (BITS) completed automation of work of Carl Bechem company

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed automation of work of Chirol company using a product "BIT: Management of car service 8". In a project deliverable payroll calculation of contractors according to schemes which are used at the enterprise is automated. Time of formation of delivery notes for clients and filling of the document "order" was twice reduced, the system of calculation of discounts for works and spare parts is implemented.

ChIROL company - the official representative of the German concern "Carl Bechem GmbH" selling autooils and HESSOL lubricant. Today the HESSOL engine oils are provided more than in 30 regions of Russia.

Before implementation of the software product "BIT: Management of car service 8" in ChIROL company other solution was used, and regulated accounting was kept in "1C: Accounting 8". The lack of exchange with a system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform did not arrange the company. The program which automates accounting and selection of spare parts and works was required, has an opportunity to correlate the spare part and work and also has potential of loading of reference books of normo-hours on works from other sources. The main objective of the project was to reduce terms of payroll calculation and to quickly control an expense and selection of spare parts.

As the partner the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as the firm has experience of automation of work of the enterprises of the service industry for car repairs was selected and has own development "BIT: Management of car service 8" which meets requirements of ChIROL company. At the moment implementation is successfully complete, automated 6 jobs. Results of automation:

• The term of payroll calculation of contractors from several days to one day decreased, and there was an opportunity to calculate it by three methods: on the amount of the performed works taking into account tariffing, on the closed normo-hours and on the actual time.
• Works monitoring at all stages became simpler.
• Control over an expense and selection of spare parts is automated.
• Time of formation of delivery notes for clients and filling of the document "order" was twice reduced.
• Information exchange about income and expenses with the accounting database is automated.
• The system of calculation of discounts for works and spare parts with a possibility of a task of flexible and various conditions for discounts is implemented.
