The Svyaz Spetszashita company has created an Admiral-Aircraft Carrier-type drone, which can be used to transport combat drones and will soon enter the zone of special military operation (SVO) of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. This became known on August 22, 2023.

According to Dmitry Zubarev, a representative of Svyaz Spetszashchita, Admiral-Aircraft Carrier is designed to protect the territory and deliver targeted strikes. He clarified that it can be used for targeted strikes on sabotage and reconnaissance groups. The Admiral Aircraft Carrier can greatly increase the range of FPV drones, which is 4-5 km.

The Admiral drone can carry up to 8 kg of payload and reach speeds of up to 150 km per hour, and the cruising speed of the device is 100 km/h. The drone is capable of flying at an altitude of up to 3 km and patrolling an area of about 20 square kilometers. Operating temperature range - from minus 25 to 40 degrees.

The "Aircraft Carrier" is based on the development of the company - an unmanned aircraft "Admiral," capable of soaring in the sky for six hours. In addition to two FPV drones, the UAV is equipped with a control signal repeater.

Over the past two months, we have been conducting test flights. In the coming months, we will begin to supply the Admiral Aircraft Carrier to the SVO zone, we are negotiating with the battalions and units that will need it.
