Tresh-data centers
Recently in the conditions of general economy and optimization against the background of global crisis, projects of most budget, so-called "trash data centers" (engl. trash, garbage) gained development. As a rule, it is the big warehouse or a hangar which is minimum adapted for placement of racks. On classification of TIA-942 it hardly holds on to the Tier-1 level. The client is provided with non-quaranteed power supply, connection to the Internet, and the place for a rack. As a rule, on it all also comes to an end. If the client wishes to have the guaranteed power supply, then he puts the own UPS in a rack. Cooling of the equipment happens due to natural processes in the large volume of air. The only, but very powerful plus of this service for the client is its extremely low price reaching 20-30% of placement cost in "normal" Tier-2 — Tier-3 data center. Some importance of the concept is given by undoubted ecological positiveness "rub" - models. As a rule, the "normal" data center spends up to 30% of general consumption of the electric power for removal of heat of the working servers from the placement on the street using a refrigerating cycle. In "you rub" - models this process happens by means of natural convection and "draft" of air masses, i.e. using the processes which are not requiring additional energy costs.
