At the plant of Katerpillar-Tosno company the project of automation of payroll is complete. Integrator in the project of the 1st Implementation Company LLC ("1-BK"). A program basis of project implementation "Salary and personnel management" on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.
Driving purposes
At the heart of the reasons of the project of automation of payroll - reduction of time spent by employees for data entry, calculation and the subsequent payroll accounting at the enterprise. It was required to reduce quantity of errors due to reduction manual water of data and double entry in other accounting systems. The "Salary and Personnel Management" configuration on 1C: Enterprise platform 8 was selected from product quality for payroll.
One of requirements of the customer - creation of the most convenient and simple form of maintaining sheets of a time recording of production personnel.
About result
According to the results of the project labor costs are considerably reduced by execution of operations of personnel records and payroll; from two-three days time of formation of postings for unloading of data on the salary in a centralized system of accounting is reduced to several minutes.
The special sheet of a time recording with a possibility of division of time worked the employee on changes, divisions of the organization, with additional classification by types of the performed works was developed. Before implementation data were entered into the accounting system (for payroll calculation) and into spreadsheets for report generation. Implementation of this functionality allowed the staff of the company to refuse double entry of data and to exclude the errors connected with it.
20 jobs are automated.
The solved aspects
During implementation by the staff of 1-BK company the following sections were automated:
- conducting personnel records;
- data entry about actually worked time of employees on places (maintaining sheets);
- accounting of the employees given about a power supply (integration with the accounting system of the dining room);
- calculation of advance payment and salary;
- formation of payments on the salary through banks;
- calculation of taxes;
- integration into parts of payroll accounting with the system of accounting of the company.
Implementation subtleties
In Katerpillar Tosno company, the period not from the first in last date, and from the 16th day of the month on the 15th of the following is settlement. At the same time calculation of taxes and payroll contributions is made on calendar months according to requirements of the Russian legislation. The staff of 1-BK company implemented the mechanism of payroll according to this requirement of the customer, at the same time for observance of requirements of the legislation changes were made to calculation of taxes, and the tax period is determined from the first day of the month on the last.
