At the same time, everyone has limited access to data, completes and signs sections of the document in accordance with their area of ​ ​ responsibility.

  • calculate and accrue salaries for each employee in accordance with the law;

  • interact with the EME through the Social Electronic Document Management (EDMS);
  • transfer payroll and tax calculation data to "1C: Public Institution Accounting Department 8"
  • maintain multi-company accounting.

The Document Processing Processes subsystem allows you to organize business processes for processing accounting documents used in the program:

  • Ensure that accounting documents are processed step by step according to preconfigured business process templates. Phased processing is provided for accounting documents (including according to orders of the Ministry of Finance of Russia dated 15.06.2020 N 103n, dated 15.04.2021 N 61n);
  • Setting up your own system of document statuses (states) and process stages;
  • Distribution of the document processing process by responsible users according to official duties, delimitation of the areas of responsibility of the executors of the stages according to the details of the document;
  • The possibility of using an electronic signature (both simple and qualified) at the stages of document processing, including signing a set of details in the area of ​ ​ responsibility of the contractor;
  • Inform users about their current document processing tasks;

The application of the Document Processing Processes subsystem allows you to:
