JSC Eurasian Energy Corporation is created in 1997 based on Ermakovsky state district power plant and Vostochny coal mine. The corporation is engaged in electricity production, coal production and repair of power objects. On corporation over 6000 people work.

Project Description

At the enterprises of corporation there were local software modules which automated small sections: accounting, technological department, etc. Prior to the beginning of system implementation Galaktika at power plant small group of the ASUP group (6 employees) which at that time was a part of workshop of thermal automatic equipment and measurements (TsTAI) provided user training of accounting, planned service, supply to the basics on the personal computer of the subsequent passing a qualification examination. At the same time there was a selection of new employees to the ASUP group. The decision on purchase of modern servers and network equipment for creation of local computer networks at the enterprises of corporation was made.

Project Progress

A system Galaktika is operated since October, 1998. Implementation of an end-to-end system of control automation by the Galaktika enterprise began with implementation of a circuit of accounting. To the middle of 2000 at power plant the modules "Materials", "Fixed assets", "Cash desk", "FRO" were implemented. Implementation of KBU on Vostochny coal mine began a little later. In the course of implementation comprehensive services by the staff of Galaktika Kazakhstan LLP, since delivery of a system and before full technical and methodical support were rendered to us (especially in the first years of operation). There was a case when at us both hardware keys, and the Deputy failed. The CEO quickly delivered us new hardware keys. The management of corporation understood urgent need of control automation by the enterprise. Many employees of the ASUP group studied at rates in Training center of Galaktika corporation. For the purpose of creation of own interfaces and reports in a system Galaktika in the fall of 2000 we purchased ATLANTIS. In the course of system implementation there was an understanding of automation of operational accounting. Licenses of the module "Contract management" were purchased. Implementation of KOU began with exit coeducation of the teacher of Training center of Galaktika corporation and the specialist of Galaktika Kazakhstan LLP by O.A. Kuziva which at the end of 2000 was carried out in the territory of power plant.

In parallel implementation of the modules "Personnel Management" and "Salary" at power plant began. In the middle of 2001 the module "Salary" was implemented. Now modules of the Circuit of accounting, the Circuit of logistics, the Guidance loop by personnel of a system Galaktika are brought into commercial operation on JSC ECE.

In the summer of 2003 services in the directions of creation of the uniform corporate database of a system Galaktika were rendered to two of our employees in office Galaktika Kazakhstan LLP. This project was implemented on JSC ECE in November, 2003 - February, 2004. In a common information space accounting, finance division, legal department, department of operational accounting of Workshop of ensuring production (OMTS) of three divisions of corporation work: power plants, Vostochny coal mine and Pavlodar repair shop.

In plans for 2004 service ACS was faced by a task to implement the modules "Management of Repairs", "Control of Motor Transport" and "Budget management".

In general we are satisfied almost 7-t with summer cooperation with Galaktika Kazakhstan LLP and we wish collective creative achievements and implementation of perspective projects.
