Siberian state university of telecommunications and information science (SIBGUTI) (Personnel (EOS Group))

In May, 2009 Public Educational Institution of Higher Professional Training Siberian State University of Telecommunications and Information Science purchased 33 additional licenses of an electronic document management system "CASE" and also 10 licenses of the system of personnel records "PERSONNEL" intended for automation of work of HR department.

Project Description

Let's remind that the project on workflow automation in structures of SIBGUTI proceeds since November, 2007. It should be noted that it not the only implementation of software products of EOS Group in the field of education. In December, 2007 the project on implementation of the latest development of EOS Group – the corporate documentary eDocLib server, in structures of the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) began, and in April and May, 2008 products of EOS Group were implemented at the Kazan Architectural and construction University, the Tula State University and the Mordovian State university of Ogarev.

Now developments of EOS Group company use over 220 higher educational institutions of Russia and the CIS among which: Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, VPO FSEI "Academy of the budget and treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation", Russian State University for the Humanities, Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, Russian state social university, Kazan State University, Belarusian State University, Public Educational Institution of Higher Professional Training Belgorodsky Gosudarstvenny Universitet, Altai state university, Tomsk state university, Far Eastern Federal University, Minsk institute of management, Saratov state social and economic university, Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas and many others.

In this regard it should be noted that the EOS Group company cooperates higher educational institutions of Russia and the CIS long ago and successfully according to the program "Electronic Document Management — from a Student's Bench!" within which the newest software products of the company are non-paid delivered in higher education institutions for use in educational process.

By means of the PERSONNEL system work of HR department of the university will be automated.
