2023: Move to Directum Projects

SM-Klinik switched to the Russian system for project management Directum Projects. This was announced on September 4, 2023 by Directum (Directive).

With the help of no-code tools, the holding's specialists set up the system on their own for the specifics of the business, without involving the vendor's developers.

The management of the SM-Clinic company decided to switch from the Western project management system to the Russian one for several reasons:

• the holding needed a common register of projects of different departments, which is not in the foreign decision;
• due to the "zoo" programs "SM-Klinika" could not keep unified reports;
• project assignments were not included in the general register - it was difficult to control the performing discipline.

"SM-Clinic" selected Directum Projects. The holding's specialists identified a number of processes that were subsequently customized. For example, they developed different types of project documents and regulations for their approval, finalized the forms of project cards, classifiers and reports. The company imported some project plans from Microsoft Project, and created some already in the system.

With the introduction of Directum Projects, the company moved away from using a variety of project management solutions (Microsoft Project, Excel, flipchart records and many others) and came to uniformity.
