System implementation of an emergency communication and information similar to the project in the St. Petersburg subway.
AMT Group provided in November, 2014 information terminals and columns of an emergency call for passengers of Moscow Metro within upgrade of the Tekstilshchiki station to the forum "Open Innovations-2014". Navigation to the subway, routes of journey to the airports and to stations, the neighbourhood map, the operational notification in emergencies and many other information services of terminals are directed to quality improvement of service of passengers of Moscow Metro.
Information terminals are created within a pilot project SUE Moscow Metro, Moscow Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development and AMT Group. Installation of terminals at the Tekstilshchiki station was preceded by half-month tests at Komsomolskaya and Kiyevskaya stations during which the high demand of the provided information services among passengers of the subway and also reliable operation of the created terminals was shown. During trial operation the total quantity of addresses of passengers exceeded 70,000.
For the benefit of Moscow Metro of AMT Group were developed: the information terminal with the built-in interactive monitor of the increased size and the equipment ensuring functioning of a specialized information system; the upgraded column of an emergency call with the built-in interactive monitor and the equipment ensuring functioning of the specialized information navigation system. This model saved all functionality of traditional KEV.
In implementation process of the project by specialists of AMT Group the specialized information navigation system for passengers of Moscow Metro is created. The created system has a possibility of setup of content for each station, its representation in several languages (now in Russian and English), centralized operation, monitoring and statistics. The opportunity of laying of routes in the subway, to railway stations, the airports, bus stations is given. The stations equipped with elevators for ensuring mobility of slow-moving citizens and with existence of the intercepting parkings are shown. Passengers have a possibility of viewing the scheme of the station, information on it and the neighbourhood map. Also there is an opportunity to leave a response about work of the subway and to study the scheme of perspective development of the subway till 2020. The functionality of the information navigation system will be complemented in process of development of the project.
Set the first columns in the Moscow AMT Group subway in 2004. For fall of 2014 at stations and in lobbies 485 columns of an emergency call working within an end-to-end system of security of Moscow Metro are located.
