The National Bureau of Informatization has carried out work to optimize the heat node for TGK-1

2023: Heat Node Optimization

The employees NBI JSC performed work on optimizing the thermal unit for PJSC TGC-1"," as a result of which a digital model was introduced into the information system "SOR OREM" (developed earlier by JSC "NBI"), which includes 4 power plants of the Customer. This was announced by the "National Bureau of Informatization" on September 5, 2023.

The project was carried out in order to obtain a calculation of the optimal distribution of heat loads between four thermal power plants, looped into one thermal unit.

Within the framework of the project, the following tasks were completed:

• simulated mathematical model of four CHPPs (Central CHPP, Pervomaiskaya CHPP, Avtovskaya CHPP, South CHPP) taking into account the actual characteristics of the equipment;
• an interface has been created for calculating the selection of the composition of the included generating equipment (ICSS);
• a mechanism for calculating the VSVGO and distributing the heat load between the thermal power plants combined into a single thermal unit has been developed.

As a result of the project, the Customer was able to use the most efficient equipment of four power plants, which allows to increase the company's margin income.
