"Case" interferes in all divisions Tatspetstransport - the second stage is begun

The Tatspetstransport company expands use of an electronic document management system "CASE".

Reason

The decision on continuation of workflow automation is caused by need of further increase in employee performance, improvement of performing discipline and receiving tools for analytical work and also successful experience of use of EDMS "DELO" in structural divisions of the company.

Influence

After transition of a number of departments of the company to procedures of electronic document registration, noticeable economic effect due to reduction of time of registration and document retrieval and also risk minimization of loss of documents was gained.

Next stage

At a new stage, with gradual increase in number of jobs of a system, there will be an opportunity to automate issue of instructions, control of their execution and approval of draft documents between departments.

Objectives

Further it is supposed to equip step by step with jobs of the CASE system all divisions of the company, to use functionality of a system for formalization and increase in efficiency of interaction between departments during the work on documents and systematic transition to electronic document management.
