Project objectives

• Organize cloud storage of design documentation.
• Automate the processes of review and approval of design and detailed design documentation.
• Implement clear document version tracking.
• Improve enterprise efficiency.

At the same time, the solution should be deployed in the cloud in order to eliminate the burden of owning the pig infrastructure on the enterprise and have a convenient opportunity to connect external counterparties to work.

To achieve these goals, it was necessary to complete the following tasks:

• Organize cloud storage of design documentation.
• Automate the processes of review and approval of design and detailed design documentation.

Project progress

During the implementation, Vitro Software specialists carried out the following works:

• An audit of the customer's data storage structure and business processes was carried out to coordinate the documentation.
• Customizations of the storage structure data and workflows have been tailored to the customer's needs.
• User instructions have been prepared and user training has been conducted.
• The pig was put into operation.

Implementation results

• The structure of storing documentation in the system has been built, access rights have been configured.
• The processes of approval of documentation, registration and development of comments to the agreed documentation are automated.
