The automated project management system based on "1C: ERP + PM Project Organization Management 2" was put into commercial operation in November 2022. In total, 20 jobs were implemented within the framework of the project.

The implementation of a domestic automated project management system at GPI Sakhalin LLC had the following objectives:

A feature of the project was the use by ITLand of its own technology for quickly transferring project data from a foreign manufacturer's system, which serves to track data on issued documents and activities, labor costs, budgets and reporting. The required functionality was quickly replaced by the capabilities of the 1C: ERP + PM Project Organization Management 2 system, which ITLand specialists quickly configured and launched.

As of September 2023, the system employs managers and employees financially-economic management, project management and project cost control departments.

The center of the unified information space is the 1C: ERP + PM Project Organization Management 2 system, which consolidates information on all the Company's projects. It works according to the method of one window with an interface in Russian. In this way, management in real time receives for decision-making and risk assessment reliable analytical information on projects on labor and material costs and their use (plan-fact), printed forms of the project schedule, as well as the necessary analytical sections and indicators.

System users can control deviations of work volumes and budgets in the context of change requests from an external Customer, automatically issue certificates based on actual costs, see data both consolidated and detailed before project tasks, track the history of changes in project indicators.

The system implements currency accounting in terms of calculating and storing data under project contracts. It is possible to maintain design tasks with roles of labor resources with different norms and types of cost within the framework of one work. During the first half of 2023, the following system effects were noted in the Company:

• Accelerate the receipt of management reporting and, as a result, eliminate the loss of working time to bring together various reports.
• Increase the efficiency of the cost control department by automating the process of preparing requests for changes in budgets and volumes for the external Customer.
• Shorten the time for the formation of change requests.

There are plans to further develop the system.
