Warehouse Nevsky complex (Buhta: Warehouse complex)

The BUHTA company completed automation of the warehouse Nevsky complex belonging to the St. Petersburg company "Okset".

In the project the special WMS systems configuration "BUHTA was used: 3PL", intended for 3PL-operators.

The specialized version of a system, according to the developer, considers features of 3PL-business, including supports the mode of flexible warehouse topology that means that at change of structure of clients it is possible to change quickly quantity and a configuration of racks and to visually display all changes on the plan scheme of a warehouse.

Automatic billing of all performed operations simplifies calculation of cost of the rendered services. The mode of turnover analysis gives the chance to set more accurate criteria of placement of loads that will allow to use in the best way a free space and to optimize logistic processes. Also implementation of the WMS system will allow the company to render services to a small-pieces complete set. In a warehouse mobile terminals of data collection are used that allowed to organize work on paperless technology.

All implementation project of the WMS system in a warehouse of 10,000 sq.m took two months. For today in a system transactions for more than 50 clients, with the individual system of rates for everyone are considered.
