MTS and SITRONICS Information Technologies implemented the project of automation of a budgeting system and budget control in retail network MTS.

The industrial solution Oracle Hyperion Planning meets all requirements of retail network MTS to a technology platform for creation of a single system of budgeting in the company. The choice of the platform - on the basis of the tender. The contractor of the project - within tender.

Integration limits

Within the project the budgeting system of Oracle Hyperion Planning is integrated into corporate information infrastructure of retail network MTS. In particular, operational transfer of budget limits from Oracle Hyperion Planning in a 1C system and completion for formation of necessary documents is provided.

Zone, terms

The project in MTS is implemented less than in 3 months. The budgeting system which covered more than 2,000 outlets in 526 cities of all federal districts of Russia was created.

Components

In a system two models – budgetings and efficiency evaluations of outlet are implemented.

Key parameters of a system include 15 elements of an organization structure, 25 categories and more than 1000 articles. Optimization of resource-intensive processes of budgeting allowed specialists of financial department of MTS to perform adjustments of the budget at prime necessity. In a system input and reporting in different currencies is supported, complete calculation of budget model takes about 10 minutes.

Andrey Klenin, the deputy CEO of retail network MTS for finance and audit, notes that the choice of Oracle Hyperion Planning is defined by a maturity of the solution existing in the market more than a decade and the fact that it completely meets production requirements of the company as regarding centralization of management, and performance and scalability.

The implemented project - possibly one of the fastest and large-scale implementations of Oracle Hyperion Planning in the Russian telecommunication sector.
