Joint-Stock Company "Unified Processing and Service System of Housing and Communal Services of the Voronezh Region" (JSC "EPSS Housing and Communal Services") carries out: servicing housing and communal payments of enterprises of housing and communal services; calculation of amounts presented for payment to the population and legal entities for consumed housing and communal services; organization of a system for collecting funds paid by citizens and legal entities through payment receiving points; participation in the process of taking measures to recover debt and penalties from consumers of housing and communal services in accordance with the concluded agreement.
