2023: Investing 27 billion rubles in the construction of an amusement park in Vladivostok

Mantera Group of Companies invests 26.8 billion rubles in the construction of an amusement theme park with a resort and hotel complex in Vladivostok. The corresponding agreement was concluded with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (KRDV) in September 2023.

The project on the territory of Russky Island will be implemented by the Vostok Park Resorts company, which is part of the Mantera Group of Companies. The concept of the theme park involves all-season operation. It includes a hotel and administrative complex, an agrofood park, a family entertainment center and the theme park itself with attractions that will be designed in accordance with the climatic features of Vladivostok - 70% of the attractions will be located under the roof and only 30% - under the open air. The launch of the project will make it possible to employ more than 1.2 thousand local residents.

It is important that the future project will become not only the main tourist point of attraction in the region, but also a driver for the social sphere and industry. Mantera Group of Companies, developing a network of its own amusement parks, is undoubtedly interested in the emergence of domestic factories-manufacturers of attractions for children and family-type attractions, - said Stanislav Varnakov, General Director of Vostok Park Resorts LLC.

KRDV General Director Nikolai Zapryagaev clarified that by September 11, 2023, the procedure for transferring the land plot of the Mantera Group of Companies is underway, after which the investor will begin to develop the project concept. He added that the Mantera group of companies initiated until 2030, within the framework of a public-private partnership, to implement a number of important tourist projects in the Far East, which will become new points of attraction for travelers in the Primorsky Territory.^[1]
