Administration of Krasnoyarsk Krai (1C: Budget Institution Accounting)

The Krasnoyarsk representative office "1C: Accounting and Trade" completed automation of budget accounting of 240 organizations in 49 areas of Krasnoyarsk Krai based on software products of 1C Company. During the project more than 600 jobs were automated, over 400 accountants were trained.

Earlier, in 2005, after entry into force of the new instruction for accounting for budgetary institutions, representation "1C: Accounting and Trade" won the tender for delivery and implementation of a specialized software and also training of staff of budgetary institutions of edge. Then during the project programs "1C: Accounting for budgetary institutions were implemented. Edition 5" and "1C: Payroll and the Personnel 7.7", allowing accounting services to work in full accordance with new requirements of the budget legislation. Previously standard configurations of programs were finished taking into account specifics of the activity of organizations of Krasnoyarsk Krai revealed during preproject inspection. Besides, input of initial data was performed. User training took five months.

In organizations transition to accounting according to the legislation of 2006 is performed. For this purpose on places new edition of the program "1C: Accounting for budgetary institutions was set. Edition 6", considering last modifications of the legislation.
