2023: Launch of the Customer Support Portal

A UEC Saturn digital platform - a customer support portal (cwp.uecrus.com) - has been put into operation. This is an important tool for interacting with consumers of the company's products in the process of after-sales service. Using the platform, the customer can communicate with the developers of the SaM146 engine modification, and also has access to the technical documentation of the project. In the future, the functionality of the solution will expand. This was United Engine Corporation (UEC) announced on September 12, 2023.

The main goal of creating the portal is to provide operators with full service, access to information and ensure interaction between the customer and the developer of the engine modification. The introduction of the portal made it possible to preserve the accumulated knowledge gained during the commercial operation of the engine, SaM146 said Igor Chistyunin, director of the UEC-Saturn SaM146 program.

Initially, using platform tools, operators can send requests to the customer support center, monitor the status of their requests, receive notifications about changes in technical documentation for the SaM146 engine and prepare service bulletins. In the future, it is planned to expand the list of services.

The prerequisites for the creation of the UEC-Saturn customer support portal were the need to provide a completely independent service for operators located in the Russian jurisdiction. The solution can be considered as a universal platform for information support of all existing and promising types of commercial aircraft engines UEC-Saturn, - said Evgeny Alekseev, director of digital transformation at UEC-Saturn .
