The Cognitive Technologies company announced that in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tyva system implementation of electronic document management and business process automation Euphrates (development of Cognitive Technologies) began. For project implementation at the developer of the software product were purchased the server with the Fast Start configuration and the right to simultaneous operation of 20 users.
Staff of the ministry daily makes and processes a large number of different documents therefore for increase in efficiency of organization the decision to implement an electronic document management system was made. After assessment of several software products presented at the Russian market of workflow automation the Euphrates system was selected. The developed functionality of a system, ample opportunities on its adaptation and setup and also the affordable price, says Cognitive Technologies became the main factors which defined the choice for benefit of this EDMS.
The ministry operates the Euphrates system in the test mode. Thanks to the built-in tools and the Fast Start configuration containing a set of standard routes, reports and cards, adaptation and setup of a system are performed without involvement of specialists of developer company. After input of a system in commercial operation with its help it is going to automate all document flow of the ministry, including approval of documents, issue of orders, drawing up reports and registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence.
It is expected that system implementation Euphrates in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tyva will allow to provide accomplishment of regulations of creation and document handling and also will increase the level of performing discipline of employees. As a result time spent for accomplishment of routine transactions with documents (registration, movement, search) will be reduced by 5 — 10 times, and approval of documents will accelerate by 2 — 4 times.
