2023: Service Launch

"Airplane" launched an apartment rental service with the subsequent redemption "And live-ka." The press service of the development group announced this in mid-September 2023. The service works as follows:

  • the user selects an apartment in one of the available residential complexes on the website;
  • completes the application. After that, the managers of "Airplane" contact him;
  • a person visits the apartment immediately after signing the contract;
  • makes a monthly payment that accumulates on the account for the down payment;
  • draws up a mortgage when the required amount of the down payment is collected.

"Airplane" launched an apartment rental service with subsequent redemption

As emphasized in "Airplane," a feature of the program is the fact that the cost of the apartment is fixed immediately - this protects the client from rising housing prices. The monthly payment for the lease period is calculated depending on the down payment determined by the bank and the financial capabilities of the buyer. Its size can be varied when choosing a lease term of up to 18 months.

The service works on the rent-to-own principle and is similar to leasing, that is, renting with subsequent redemption. Only, unlike leasing, the apartment becomes the property of the client in a year and a half, when the amount of monthly payments will be enough for the down payment. After that, a mortgage agreement with the bank is concluded.

According to analysts "Airplane," 38% of buyers of new buildings live in rented apartments. These are novice specialists, and young couples with a small income, and accomplished professionals with a salary of more than 100 thousand rubles a month. They want to buy an apartment on a mortgage, but it is quite difficult to save up for a down payment if you simultaneously have to pay 30-50 thousand rubles for rental housing. Often, buyers decide to take out a high-rate consumer loan for these purposes, which increases the financial burden and carries additional risks.[1]
