2018: Implementation of 1C:Enterprise 8 solution. Management of microfinance organization and credit consumer cooperative KORP "
Goals and Objectives
The purpose of the project: to ensure compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the regulated accounting of a microfinance organization.
Main Project Objectives
- develop rules for transferring data from the front-office software to 1C: Management of the microfinance organization and credit consumer cooperative KORP in accordance with accounting rules and company requirements;
- superimpose accounting policies on system capabilities;
- Make initial configuration settings
- train employees in the rules of accounting in "1C: Management of the microfinance organization and credit consumer cooperative KORP."
The situation before the start of the project
Before the start of the project, regulated accounting in the company was kept in "1C Management," production enterprise while time accounting at the workplaces of operators at the points of issuance of loans was kept in a proprietary program. At the same time, to fulfill the requirements of RAS, it was enough to reflect operations cumulatively. Data duplicated manually.
Changes were required in 2018, when changes in legislation regarding the regulated accounting of microfinance organizations came into force. Therefore, the company faced the issue of switching to another method of maintaining regulated accounting at the EPU and OSBU according to the standards of the Bank of Russia. It was decided to automate.
Solution Architecture and Project Scale
The regulated accounting system is based on the decision "1C: Management of the microfinance organization and credit consumer cooperative KORP." The following functions are automated:
1. Accounting:
- bank and cash desk,
- settlements with counterparties,
- inventory,
- trading operations,
- production operations,
- fixed assets,
- intangible assets,
- payroll and personnel accounting,
- the end of the period,
- accounting in separate subdivisions,
- regulated reporting.
2. Tax accounting.
One of the most important issues in the project was the exchange between the front office program and 1C: Management of the microfinance organization and credit consumer cooperative KORP. The loading of data from the front office system was designed. At the same time, the exchange structure, initial data and the rules for their reflection in "1C" were thought out . The necessary improvements were made and the download of JSON files was developed.
Tens and hundreds of thousands of operations are reflected in the front office program every day. All of them should be transferred to "1C: Management of a microfinance organization and credit consumer cooperative KORP" during the technological window of 8 hours. This significantly influenced the design and implementation of the exchange. The download was divided into several operations:
- Directly load data and create documents. It is executed according to a schedule, in several threads during the process window.
- Execution of documents. Runs in the background.
For cases where errors occur during loading that require data overload, a tool has been created that clears the load result according to user-specified criteria. This turned out to be convenient during the experimental operation of the system.
Features and uniqueness of the project
The main feature of the project can be considered the deep integration of the front office and regulated accounting. It should be noted that the principle of operation of the front office system is significantly different from the principle of operation "1C: Management of a microfinance organization and credit consumer cooperative KORP." For example, customer identification is going on in different ways, there are no checks critical for keeping records in the 1C: Management of a microfinance organization and credit consumer cooperative KORP program. This is due to the fact that accounting requirements have increased significantly with changes in legislation. When the exchange was launched into test operation, these differences were detected and eliminated. Checkpoints appeared. This in turn led to improved data quality.
Project results
As a result of the project:
- Regulated accounting is carried out according to Bank of Russia standards.
- Daily monitoring of primary system data is performed. The frequency of control increased 10 times.
- The quality of the primary system data has improved.
- Manual labor of operators for entering primary documents decreased by 100%. To do this, you have developed data transfer rules in accordance with accounting rules and all available restrictions.
